Marci was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable. We were indecisive and she was tolerant and continued checking in with us and offering suggestions. She was welcoming to the kids playing on the other couches too, so much appreciated. Highly recommended

Furniture Republic didn’t carry these items yet and I brought in pictures and they were able to order them for me and saved me some money and they’re so easy to work with and friendly. I highly recommend checking them out

We had a great experience ordering a custom couch from Furniture Republic. Following a friend’s recommendation, we visited the showroom, learned all about our options, and then made a selection. The team was helpful and communicative, and the delivery options made getting the couch into our home (a third-floor walk-up in San Francisco) a breeze. Absolutely in love with the finished product!

I had an excellent experience ordering a custom sleeper sofa from Furniture Republic in Vacaville. Tiffany was super helpful and patient walking me through the whole decision process. I never felt pressured into anything and they are great at explaining all the details so you know you can expect quality product and service, and both were totally delivered! Marcy, the owner was also great to work with finding an option that I loved and worked with my budget. Communication and updates were clear and straight forward as the couch was being built. When it was delivered the delivery team worked late to ensure my couch arrived on the set date. When the throw pillows I ordered arrived they were not the fabric I had selected. Tiffany called the manufacturer and was able to locate the correct fabric and had them remade, when I went to pick them up they added a bonus pillow and they were a larger size and so beautiful and definitely worth the wait. Love my sleeper sofa couch and highly recommend shopping at Furniture Republic.
